After a lot of hard work by the club secretary (Bob Reynolds) the club has received a substantial grant from the Big Lottery Fund towards a new extension to the clubhouse. The extension will significantly improve the seating area within the clubhouse and is a welcome enhancement to the club's facilities. Work on the extension is being carried out by SPW Management Construction Ltd. Club member Paul Seymour is a Director of SPW and Paul is project managing and assisting in the build.
Work on the extension has started (September 2011) and will be completed within the next month or so and in plenty of time for the outdoor season starting next summer.

Throughout the summer club member Simon Kirk has been working hard to secure sponsorship for new club shirts. As a result of Simon's efforts new shirts are in the pipeline for the 2012 season sponsored by niftylift who are based in Fingle Drive, Stonebridge, Milton Keynes.
The new shirts are expected to be similar in design to the current club shirt and we are waiting for sight of a sample. When one becomes available we will get a photo on the news page.
